Solar Masters Bangladesh Limited exists because the country’s single largest untapped energy resource is sitting on its roofs, doing nothing.
Bangladesh receives roughly four to five kilowatt-hours of solar energy per square metre every day — among the strongest resources in South Asia. Meanwhile the grid strains, industrial tariffs climb, and diesel generators run through every interruption.
We are a solar EPC company: engineering, procurement and construction under one roof. We survey the site, model the year, size the array to the actual load, install it with our own team, get it approved with the utility, and hand over a complete documentation pack. Then we stay reachable.
We work across four domains — residential rooftops, industrial and commercial installations, grid-tied net-metering systems, and agricultural pumping. The scale differs enormously. The discipline does not.
We are deliberately not a reseller. Reselling optimises for the transaction. Our work is judged in year six, when the inverter throws a code and someone has to answer the phone.
How we operate
Four rules we hold to.
Engineering before selling
Nothing is quoted until the roof has been surveyed, the load profiled and the year modelled. A number produced any other way is a guess with a decimal point.
Specify for year twenty-five
Structure, cabling and terminations are specified against the life of the asset, not the life of the sale. The components that fail early are the ones nobody looks at.
Own the paperwork
Utility applications, single-line diagrams, test certificates, warranty registration. If we install it, we document it and we file it.
Be there in year six
Anyone can commission a system. The question worth asking any installer is who answers the phone when the inverter fault code appears three years after the invoice cleared.
